We are education leaders and turnaround specialists in large-scale educational operations. Throughout our career, we have focused on a highly specialized niche: transforming underperforming, stagnant, or financially stressed educational institutions into high-performing, institutional-grade platforms that private equity boards are confident to back.
What we have realized in this market is that scaling a school or institute chain is not just an academic challenge—it is a disciplined volume and margin game. Success requires navigating complex dual-entity structures, maximizing campus capacity utilization, and strategically increasing the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through infrastructure modernization and technology integration, while maintaining a tightly optimized teacher payroll.
In our most recent role, we took over a legacy portfolio of schools operating in a net-negative financial position. Through operational restructuring, end-to-end infrastructure modernization, and the development of a high-conversion digital enrollment funnel, we successfully transformed the institution. We achieved an annual turnover of ₹15 crore with a sustainable net surplus of ₹5 crore, translating into a 14 percent operating margin. Simultaneously, we expanded the learner base to more than 3,500 active students while delivering consistent, compounding year-on-year growth.
